Typical of a halfling not paying attention to the battle plan of focusing the chief down. But if you want to shoot at the goblins on the roof go right ahead.

At the sign of hostile movement, the goblins let loose their arrows. Urk's unfazed as normal as the arrow deflects off of his armor. The Dwarf takes an arrow for 1 damage, partially blocking with his new shield. The Half-Elf's new grace allows her to dodge the arrow meant for her.
Goblin Chief AC 16 Goblins AC 15 Goblin Archers AC 14(13+1 for height advantage) Warhound AC 14
Roll To Attack, if you Hit roll damage abbreviated to RtoA going forward.

There will be initiative after this first round. The Archers had advantage because their weapons were loaded. you have advantage over the flat footed and they'll go after that.
Also state who you are attacking with your roll.
