Enter the Temple of Sarenrae to cure any diseases, identify any magic or mystical items or for a blessing before you embark on your travels.

Oh Kyonin, I haven't talked about Kyonin in a long time. I remember my time there fondly, it's just been a long time. Why do ask about Kyonin, do you knwo anyone from there?

My father was from there. But we left when I was young so I could continue my ranger training.

Can you identify my special wooden shield I found during my last travels? I have the 15 gold if necessary.

Oh, what was your father's name? I was quite active in the city activities when i was there, I ran the temple there as well. It would be funny if we were friends.
Do you remember much of the city? When did you leave?

His name was Rhovanor. We left the city when I was a four so I don't remember much of it. My father said the world was a dangerous place and wanted me to start my training as soon as possible. He was an Elf with a passion for travel and discovery, so he was rarely in town for very long. He did enjoy visiting temples on his travels so I'm sure he went to yours when he was home. He also lived in Kyonin as a youth.

I haven't seen a shield like this in a long time. It's a special Darkwood shield, very fine craftsmanship.

It's a shame you left so early. Rangers were well respected in Kyonin, and our Rangers were the best in the land. Half-Elves such as yourself weren't shunned as much as they are in the outer-lands, so you would have had a better opportunity to get more in touch with your Elven roots. It's really a shame you had to leave....
I might be able to help fill in some of the gaps in your upbringing. I didn't have much of an inclination towards the bow, but I can help you get closer to your Elven roots, would you be interested?

Yes I would be interested. I don't know much about my heritage.
I agree half-elves appeared to be better treated in Kyonin, but my human mother was not. I really respect what the Mayor is trying to do here in Everdeen.

Meet me outside the town at midnight. Don't bring any weapons.

So there is this ceremonial dagger that I was told has an aura about it and would like to identify it and anything else about this dagger you can tell.

Hmm, the aura has been tainted somehow on this dagger... The inscriptions look familiar, but I can't place it. I'll sit with Kyra and see if we can figure it out. It's part of a set, and its collecting something. It almost feels like a key.
Can you leave this with me? I want Kyra to research it with me.
